1. General
Belenman provides EDC (Everyday Carry) gear, tools, accessories, pouches, flashlights, and related products. We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue products, services, prices, promotions, and website content at any time.
2. Product Information
We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, specifications, photographs, and pricing. However, actual product colours, finishes, dimensions, packaging, or appearance may vary slightly due to manufacturing batches, screen settings, photography, or supplier updates.
Customers are responsible for reviewing product information and compatibility before placing an order.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices displayed on our website are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM/MYR) unless otherwise stated.
Orders will only be processed after successful payment. We reserve the right to correct pricing or product information errors and may cancel or refund an affected order where necessary.
4. Orders
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. Belenman reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order due to stock availability, payment issues, incorrect information, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or other reasonable circumstances.
If payment has already been received for a cancelled order, the applicable amount will be refunded.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Orders will be shipped to the delivery address provided by the customer.
Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, weather, customs, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping information is accurate.
6. Returns, Refunds & Defective Products
Customers are required to inspect their order upon delivery.
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, incorrect, or has any other issue, please contact Belenman within 24 hours of receiving your order and provide your order number, photos, and/or videos clearly showing the issue.
Once verified, Belenman will provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, exchange, or refund, depending on the circumstances.
Belenman will not be responsible for damage caused by the customer after delivery, including damage resulting from misuse, improper handling, accidental damage, unauthorized modification, improper maintenance, normal wear and tear, or use of the product outside its intended purpose.
Items that have been intentionally damaged, improperly used, modified, disassembled, or otherwise damaged due to human causes will not be eligible for return, exchange, refund, or replacement, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
7. Product Use & Safety
Customers are responsible for using products safely, responsibly, and according to their intended purpose.
Certain EDC products or tools may be subject to local laws, restrictions, age requirements, transportation rules, or usage regulations. Customers are responsible for ensuring that purchasing, possessing, carrying, or using a product is lawful in their location.
8. Intellectual Property
All Belenman branding, logos, graphics, photographs, designs, text, and original website content are owned by or licensed to Belenman unless otherwise stated.
They may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or used commercially without prior written permission.
9. Third-Party Brands
Belenman may sell genuine products from various third-party brands. All brand names, trademarks, and logos remain the property of their respective owners.
Unless specifically stated, Belenman is an independent retailer and is not an official distributor, authorised dealer, or representative of these brands.
10. Limitation of Liability
Belenman will not be responsible for damage, loss, or injury resulting from misuse, improper handling, unauthorized modification, negligence, or use of a product outside its intended purpose.
Customers are responsible for using all products safely and appropriately.
This limitation applies only to the extent permitted by Malaysian law and does not affect any statutory consumer rights.
