Angle recommendations are for reference only. Select the angle closest to the blade’s original edge.

How to Use:

1.Select the sharpening slot closest to the blade’s original angle.

2.Hold the sharpener securely and keep your fingers away from the blade path.

3.Place the heel of the blade inside the selected V-shaped slot.

4.Apply light, even pressure and pull the blade from heel to tip in one direction.

5.Repeat approximately 3–8 times and check the edge.

6.For a dull blade, use the carbide element first, followed by the ceramic element for refining and honing.

7.Wipe away metal particles after use and keep the sharpener dry.
